Bulldogs by O and B Farms Purchase Agreement and Contract

1.) All puppies require half of purchase price for a deposit. Unless otherwise arranged, deposits must be paid by Postal Money Order only. These can only be purchased at the Post Office. Any other form of payment will be returned.
2.) Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis.
3.) All shipping costs are the buyer's expense. Shipping, crate, shipping supplies, and health certificate are approximately $300.00. These expenses must be paid with the second payment on your puppy. Be aware that shipping time may be delayed due to extreme weather temperatures. The seller is able to make decisions related to safe shipping practices and will not be responsible for delays related to weather.

Tails docked and dew claws clipped at 3rd day after whelping.
Day 28 – Vanguard puppy DA2PP high titre vaccine (given under the skin). Repeated every 3 weeks until puppy is sold.
At 3 weeks of age – dewormed with Drontel Plus. May be repeated every 2-3 weeks if indicated
Puppies may be sold at 7 – 8 weeks of age.
Purchase Price does not include any delivery charges or expenses
RECOMMENDATIONS TO NEW OWNERS
ALTHOUGH, ALL PUPPIES ARE CHECKED BY OUR VET SERVICES, WE REQUIRE THAT NEW OWNERS HAVE THEIR PUPPY CHECKED BY THEIR OWN VET WITHIN 24 -48 HOURS OF PURCHASE IN ORDER FOR THE NEW OWNER TO VERIFY IT'S HEALTH. IF THERE ARE ANY HEALTH ISSUES IDENTIFIED AT THAT TIME, THE PUPPY MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SELLER FOR FULL REFUND OR CHOICE OF ANOTHER PUP. ANY EXPENSES RELATED TO SHIPPING ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED. ANY LEGAL ISSUES WILL BE ADDRESSED WITHIN THE SELLER'S JURISDICTION AND BE DETERMINED BY MN STATUTE 325F.791 Sales of dogs and cats.
Puppy should receive a high titre vaccine every 3-4 weeks until 5-6 months of age due to the risk of viral diarrhea.
Rabies vaccine can be given at 16 weeks of age or older.
